Our Process…
We help you use a problem solving approach to address the issue head-on. The solution could include gathering initial information, identifying implications, resources available and key players. We can help you develop and test some alternatives and make decisions for action.

We have helped groups address issues that at first seemed insurmountable. After systematic assessment and discussion, options emerged from the group that reduced or even eliminated the impact of the issue.
