Prior to establishing his own firm, Bryan acted as a lead facilitator with the Ontario Ministry of Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA). During his tenure, Bryan provided local implementation of Ministry Programs throughout southwestern Ontario and had the opportunity to facilitate sessions with a wide variety of clients and organizations. A member of the International Association of Facilitators, Bryan’s educational background includes a degree in Animal Science and extensive training in conflict resolution and leadership development. An active member of his community, Bryan has a keen interest in hockey. In addition to continuing to play, he has been a coach, parent, executive member, grievance coordinator and league representative for Lambton Shores Minor Hockey Association.

B.SC. (AGR.) From the University of Guelph

His Honours Science degree has formed the basis for his lifelong learning in both the sciences and humanities.

Alumni Medal of Achievement

Eight years after graduation, Bryan received this award based on his innovative and effective approaches in his work and community. The University of Guelph awards this honour to only one alumnus annually. It rewards someone who has made outstanding contributions to their country, community and profession.

Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF)

Bryan was awarded this certification by the International Association of Facilitators based on his demonstration of their guiding principles in his work, completing training and mentoring requirements and formal assessment by international facilitators from four different countries.

Professional Agrologist (P.Ag., Dist.)

This designation notes that Bryan is a member of the Ontario Institute of Agrologists. This designation demonstrates his level of commitment to the agri-food, agri-life sciences and the agrology sector. The Ontario Institute of Agrologists protects the public interest and ensures high-quality standards and ethics within the professional activities of licensed members.

In 2012, Bryan was presented with one of two Distinguished Agrologist Awards in Ontario, based on his significant service to the profession of agrology and the agri-food industry throughout his career.
